Itali is a Program Lead of Startup Programs in Brazil at 500. She manages the Brazilian portfolio, opens relationships with corporates, and looks into new opportunities. Prior to 500, she worked in Impact Investing at SITAWI Finance for Good, in M&A at Landmark Capital, in Credit Analysis at Standard & Poor’s, and Trading at HSBC. 

She also co-founded three social initiatives: GENERA – FEA USP Gender and Race Research Center, focused on Academy discussions; Incluser, a platform focused on diversity & inclusion in the labor market; and Financial Feminism Brasil, focused on women in finance. She was listed as Inspirational Women of 2014, from NGO Think Olga, and talked about gender equality as a speaker at TEDxCampinas 2018.

Itali holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of São Paulo and an Executive Certificate in Venture Capital through Deal Camp Berkeley.
