Thomas helps lead the 500 Global Innovation and Partnerships team, with a focus on supporting corporate and government partners in building relationships with startups around the world. Thomas previously led advisory services for the financial services industry in the Asia-Pacific for CEB, where he helped clients develop strategies for innovation and growth. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group. Thomas holds a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
