Yingjie is an Associate on the 500 Global investment team, helping to lead companies through the investment process and mentor them within the program. She has led investments from healthcare to education to fintech and the metaverse, and especially likes to work with companies focused on democratizing access or the creator economy.  

Prior to 500, she was an operator at Jet.com, an eCommerce startup that was later acquired by Walmart eCommerce. There, she worked on managing multi-million dollar verticals, building out partnerships with national brands, and driving strategy and operations. She is a proud member of All Raise and a mentor for Yale’s Center for Innovative Thinking. She graduated from Yale with a degree in Economics.
